Rock'n Roots Farm is a one acre traditional market garden in Upper Lantzville, just north of Nanaimo, BC. We grow delicious, nutrient rich veggies in a natural, bio-intensive way using top quality non-gmo seeds and natural organic amendments - ensuring our crops are healthy and free from harmful chemicals.
